Unclaimed and unused bonus funds expire within thirty (30) days of credit unless a different expiry period is specified in the individual promotional terms. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.

em77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits em77's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.
em77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where em77 reasonably suspects: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity; identity fraud or impersonation; money laundering or AMLA non-compliance; account takeover or unauthorized access; or any activity that em77 determines poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or the safety of other players.
Where an account is closed for any reason other than confirmed fraud, money laundering, or material breach of these Terms, the verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the conclusion of any applicable compliance review.
You may request the closure of your em77 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds must be addressed, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after applicable KYC review.

Where changes are material, em77 will endeavor to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the amended Terms. Minor changes — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or updates required by PAGCOR regulatory guidance — may take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure per Section 12.3 above.
